Forgo the summer sun in foreign lands this year - step onto the West End stage and make your dreams come true! This summer you can perform in your own West End show in a real theatre with the electric buzz of a live audience.  

If you've obsessed over the TV search for the next West End star then this course is just for you? You'll learn to sing, dance routines and act your socks off while rehearsing songs and scenes from your favourite show, making friends and gaining confidence!

Open to all ages, the Summer Academy from Theatre Workout offers three week-long courses include five days of training and rehearsal in Covent Garden, tickets to see a major West End show, and a day in a West End theatre taking part in professional technical & dress rehearsals before performing for friends and family in your own show!

Each course will include masterclasses on Wicked and Chicago, giving you an opportunity to take a leading role as one of the famous witches of Oz, in the Cell Block Tango or one of many other major West End hit shows!

The course is ideal for drama students, professional actors, keen amateurs and anyone with an interest in musical theatre.

You will receive: 

• Five days professional training in acting, singing and dance with Theatre Workout’s company of actors, performers and directors in Covent Garden
• One day of final technical and dress rehearsals on stage, in the lead up to your on-stage performance at the Leicester Square Theatre
• Specialist masterclasses led by cast members from West End shows
• Tickets to see a West End show during the week
• An opportunity to perform in front of friends, family and invited guests
